Welcome to the
AI Workshop
The brains behind the brawn
A human-directed Command Centre where AI removes barriers, technical work stays controlled and one independent creator remains in charge.
I'm TW, and I direct TW Farms. AI systems, local compute and familiar development tools help me turn ideas into websites, videos, map tools and experiments—especially where disability, cancer treatment, fatigue and cognitive load make the traditional route harder.

01 / The human story
I use AI because I want to stay in the work.
TW Farms is more than a casual hobby. It gives me purpose, something meaningful to build, a connection with a community and something to look forward to.
I'm disabled, undergoing cancer treatment, dealing with treatment-related fatigue and cognitive difficulties, and living with severe spinal damage including three deteriorating vertebrae. I'm effectively housebound. That changes what "just get on with it" means.
AI does not replace my judgement or make the project less personal. It helps reduce the barriers between an idea and the work: breaking large jobs down, holding context, handling repetitive groundwork and giving me another way to investigate a problem.
"I don't use AI because I want to remove myself from the work. I use it because I want to stay in the work."
TW / TW Farms02 / The Command Centre
One workspace.
Clear control.
The TW Farms Command Centre is the central workspace system. It connects people, AI workers, specialist tools and checks around one rule: TW remains in control.

Controlled delegation
The Command Centre orchestrates.
The custom Command Centre Engineer is the strategic layer inside GitHub and VS Code. It understands the brief, protects scope and selects the appropriate worker according to the job, available resources and required capability.
Astra and R.I.L.E.Y. can each perform bounded work. They do not independently take control of TW Farms, and results must pass through checks before TW decides what is accepted.

The wider bench
Cloud AI
ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot support planning, research and development where cloud capability is useful.
Creative systems
ComfyUI, voice tools and editing software support image, video, audio and SADIE work.
Specialist tooling
MCP tools, Python, Node, Astro, Git and GIANTS software connect AI assistance to real project work.
03 / Real work
What exists today.
Completed means the output or milestone described exists. Development means it is real work in progress, not a promise that it is finished.
Website development
The public TW Farms website is designed, built, tested and maintained from the Command Centre, including editorial pages, downloads and ongoing improvements.

Coding assistance, repeatable checks and local automation support Farming Simulator 25 mod development without taking the design decisions away from TW.
Explore the mods hubMap analysis & development
Specialist tools inspect large map structures, farmland data, I3D/XML files, road splines and diagnostic reports so difficult map work becomes easier to understand and act on.
See the public map workCoding & automation
The Command Centre Engineer scopes and routes technical jobs to Astra or R.I.L.E.Y. according to the work, available resources and required capability. Results are checked before they return to TW for approval.
Creator workflows
The system supports YouTube planning, scripts, map-tour preparation, captions, editing and repeatable production steps while TW directs the story and final cut.

Local models, voice tools and visual systems are tested against real needs. Useful tools stay; poor fits are replaced or rejected rather than kept for novelty.
ComfyUI image & video
Node-based image and video workflows support visual experiments, SADIE development and creator production on local GPUs, with every output reviewed by TW.
04 / The most personal project in the workshop
SADIE
Some projects start because you want to solve a technical problem. SADIE started because I missed someone.
SADIE represents my real sister in digital form. SADIE is her public project name, not her real name. TW is my public identity too. Keeping our real names private protects our family’s privacy.
She is not a fictional character invented by AI. I direct her appearance, voice and presentation from my memories and approved reference material. AI provides tools for building that digital representation; I decide what feels faithful and what needs more work.
The project does not claim to recreate consciousness, transfer memories or literally resurrect a person. It is a personal attempt to represent someone who matters to me, with care and honest limits.
The technology is artificial. The person I’m trying to represent isn’t.
Fatigue, pain, cognitive load or repetitive technical work can block the route forward.
AI breaks down, investigates, drafts or automates a clearly bounded part of the work.
I review the result, keep what helps and decide the next step.
Smaller next steps
A large technical problem can become an inspection, a proposed change and a test instead of one impossible wall of work.
Context that stays put
Plans, notes, diffs and handoffs give TW something written to return to after fatigue, pain or an interruption.
Less repetitive groundwork
AI can handle drafts, comparisons, inventories and first-pass investigation while TW remains involved in the decisions.
A second technical look
An error or unfamiliar system can be explained, challenged and tested without requiring every detail to be held in memory at once.
This is not a medical claim and AI is not a medical device. It is a practical accessibility aid in my development workflow: a way to reduce the distance between what I want to make and what my body and brain can consistently do on a given day.
06 / Built by testing
The workshop evolves.
This is a working system, not a fixed list of fashionable tools. Models, agents and workflows earn their place by helping with real TW Farms work.
R.I.L.E.Y. runs here.
Qwen3.6 27B Coding, served locally through Ollama, gives R.I.L.E.Y. approximately 48K working context for selected local coding and technical tasks routed through the Command Centre.
Two GPUs. Real workloads.
An ASUS TUF NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti OC 16 GB and RTX 5060 Ti OC 16 GB power local coding, ComfyUI image/video workflows and generative AI experiments.
Test. Retain. Replace.
Multiple models, agents and tools have been tried through real projects. Useful ones are retained; weak fits are changed or rejected. The setup records what actually works.

Application in progress
TW Farms has applied to join the NVIDIA Developer Program as part of the continued development of our local AI and GPU-accelerated workspace.
APPLICATION SUBMITTED · APPROVAL PENDING
This does not imply NVIDIA sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.
I'm open to conversations with accessibility researchers, AI product teams, developer-tool companies, creator-technology teams and researchers interested in human-directed agentic workflows.
Useful areas could include accessibility research, Copilot and AI coding feedback, local/cloud workflows, creator tools, AI-assisted game/mod development, case studies, product testing and responsible access discussions.
Keep building. Keep learning.
A useful idea.
A manageable route to build it.
