Website purpose and operator

TW Farms is the creator and community brand used across this website. TW Farms Technologies Ltd (Company No. 17496422, registered in England and Wales) operates the commercial and technology activities carried out through the site where stated, including creator-service enquiries and TW Farms Technologies products.

The site also provides editorial and informational content about Farming Simulator 25, including map tours, mod reviews, guides, videos, downloads and community resources.

Editorial content

Map tours, impressions, guides and videos reflect the information or experience available to TW Farms at the time of publication. Content may be corrected or updated as new information becomes available. Always check the official source for the latest details.

Maps, mods and downloads

Map and mod ownership remains with the original creators and rights holders. Where possible, TW Farms links to official or authorised sources. Follow the creator's instructions and terms when downloading or using third-party content.

TW Farms does not guarantee the availability, safety, accuracy or compatibility of external downloads or third-party websites. Use reasonable care and keep your own devices and files protected.

External services

TW Farms links to or embeds services including YouTube, Discord, Twitch, Facebook, Itch.io and other external platforms. Those services are independent of TW Farms and operate under their own terms, privacy notices and policies.

Rights, contributors and permitted use

Rights in qualifying original TW Farms material are reserved by the applicable rightsholder. Contributors retain their rights unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Third-party game, map, mod, platform and manufacturer material remains with its respective rightsholders. References do not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless explicitly stated.

Ordinary viewing, sharing links, responsible discussion and lawful quotation are welcome. Existing licences and lawful exceptions continue to apply. The Rights & Permissions policy explains when reuse may need permission and our position on AI/model-training uses.

AI-assisted material and digital representations

The AI Workshop includes human-directed AI-generated and AI-assisted work. Its use of a tool or provider does not establish ownership of every underlying element or imply that provider’s endorsement. SADIE and future family representations have privacy and permission boundaries described in Digital Persons & Family Privacy.

Publication alone grants no licence for protected material to be used for cloning, impersonation or misleading endorsements, subject to applicable law. Raise misuse, ownership or privacy issues through Copyright & Content Concerns.

Creator services and project enquiries

Submitting a project enquiry, brief or email does not by itself create a contract or require either side to proceed. Where paid work is proposed, scope, timing, price, payment terms, deliverables and any ownership or licence terms should be agreed before work starts. Client-supplied material remains subject to the rights and permissions of its owner, and you should not ask TW Farms or TW Farms Technologies Ltd to use material you are not entitled to provide.

Any quotation or project discussion is subject to confirmation. Additional terms may be agreed for a specific project where needed.

Mini Forge

Mini Forge is a paid photo-to-3D service run by TW Farms Technologies Ltd at miniforge.twfarms.uk. These terms apply when you create a studio account, buy credits or a membership, or generate a model. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Early release. Mini Forge is in early release. A model made from one photo is an estimate: hidden surfaces, dimensions, topology and moving parts are guessed and should be checked in Blender before you rely on them. Builds usually take 10–30 minutes but may take longer.

Plans and credits. Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown before checkout. The Build Credit Pack is a one-off purchase of 3 build credits that do not expire. Mini Forge Founders (6 credits a month) and Mini Forge Creators Extra (15 credits a month) are monthly memberships that renew automatically until cancelled; membership credits are valid for the billing period they were issued in and do not roll over. One completed build uses one credit. If a build is confirmed as failed, the credit is returned to your account. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Cancelling. You can cancel a membership at any time from Manage billing in the studio. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that. If you are a consumer, you may cancel a purchase within 14 days and receive a refund for any credits you have not used, by emailing enquiries@twfarms.uk. When you start a build you ask us to supply it straight away, and you agree that the right to cancel ends for the credits used on that build.

Your photos. Only upload photos you took yourself or have permission to use. Do not upload images of other people, other people’s copyrighted work, brand logos or trademarks you are not entitled to use, or screenshots or assets from video games. We may refuse, pause or remove builds that break these rules or the law, and may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Your models. As between you and us, you may use the models you generate for personal and commercial projects. We do not claim ownership of them. You are responsible for any third-party rights in what your photo shows, such as a brand’s design or logo. We may use anonymous, aggregated information about builds to keep the service working and improve quality; we do not publish your photos or models without your permission.

Independence. Mini Forge is an independent TW Farms Technologies product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any game publisher, machinery manufacturer or software maker. Blender is a trademark of the Blender Foundation.

Availability and liability. We aim to keep Mini Forge available, but it may sometimes be paused for maintenance or changes. If a paid build does not complete, we return the credit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Responsibility

TW Farms and TW Farms Technologies Ltd aim to publish useful and accurate information, but the site cannot guarantee that every page will always be complete, current or free from error. You are responsible for checking important information and deciding whether to follow an external link or use third-party content.
